Fair Value
Fair value is Tradepost's live estimate of what a product variant is worth — computed per key, refreshed continuously, and carrying a confidence score. It's the anchor for strategy pricing: a VARIANCE strategy bids at a discount to fair value and tracks it as the market moves.
Fair values are produced by named, versioned pricing models. For trading cards the current model is CardHedge; additional models are coming soon, and a strategy pins to a specific model via fvModelConfigId so new models never silently change your pricing.
