Transfers & Settlements
Overview
After winning an auction and the seller accepting your offer, items must be transferred to your designated email before you're charged. You only pay after receiving the items, protecting you from seller non-delivery.
Transfer Process
Sellers must transfer items within 30 minutes of offer acceptance to your configured email address. If not transferred in time, the order may be cancelled.
Tradepost monitors your inbox and can automatically confirm transfers, triggering the TRANSFER_CONFIRMATION_RECEIVED webhook. You can also confirm manually via processPartnerTransfer.
Processing Transfer Receipt
After receiving items, process the transfer using processPartnerTransfer:
- CONFIRMED: Items received and match order details
- REJECTED: Items are fraudulent, counterfeit, or invalid
- NOT_RECEIVED: Items never arrived or delivery failed

Payment
You're charged immediately when the TRANSFER_CONFIRMATION_RECEIVED webhook is sent. Sellers receive payout within 3 days after event.
